Hello, Vasko and Andrean! We’re glad to have you as our guests today. The date for the second edition of the unique event “From Entrepreneurs to Entrepreneurs” – Sales Club Conference – is approaching. When and where will it take place this year?

Andrean Borisov: To start with, I’m glad that we found common ground and will be partnering with you. Regarding this year’s edition of Sales Club Conference, it will take place on Friday, May 12th, in the Vitosha Hall at Inter Expo Center. This edition will be twice the scale of the pilot Sales Club event, and we are working to meet the expectations of both the participants and the attendees.

What exactly is the event, what is its main purpose, and how is it beneficial for its participants?

Vasil Yanev: The main goal of the event is to bring together professionals from various fields in one place. Each participant shares knowledge, experience, and best practices. Our aim is to provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about new trends, innovations, and approaches in sales and marketing, explore best practices, and connect with other professionals in their desired fields to establish valuable contacts.

All attendees of the Sales Club Conference will have the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge, learn new approaches and technologies in sales and marketing, connect with other professionals in these fields, share their own experiences, and expand their network of contacts.

What will be the main topics of this year’s event?

Andrean Borisov: The main theme continues to be the necessity of taking daily small or large steps to ensure that a business remains adaptive to the constant changes in its environment. This is the overarching theme of the event. To address it, we have focused the second edition on several key areas, where proven experts in their fields will answer questions related to transformations, adaptability, and the direction of entrepreneurial creativity, helping businesses remain successful and profitable.

The areas in which we will discuss the main challenges aim to cover the key aspects of business development—fast-moving goods and sales, technology, education and human resources, as well as marketing and communication. The idea is that through these topics we can address a broader spectrum of the issues we face on a daily basis as entrepreneurs.

What will be the format of the event?

Andrean Borisov: This year, we changed the format by focusing more on discussion and structuring the conference around five main panel discussions, covering the topics and areas I mentioned earlier. The experience from the pilot edition of Sales Club Conference showed us that during discussions, the audience becomes more actively involved—they ask questions, and some even share their own viewpoints on the topics being addressed by the panelists.

The discussion panels also provide an opportunity for representatives from different businesses to come on stage together, with each of them sharing their expertise and perspective.

In addition to these, there are also four individual lectures planned, which will complement the panels with specific expertise in the respective field.

The format is different from last year, but we are maintaining the main goal of the event – to be as useful as possible to the audience in the room, so that each participant leaves with something they have heard, learned, and interpreted through the lens of their own business, and can easily and successfully apply it in their own environment.

Andrean Borisov: Our country may be small, but for years we have seen the Bulgarian business ecosystem thriving both within our borders and beyond. There are numerous examples of Bulgarian companies that have successfully established themselves in foreign markets across Europe and beyond. As entrepreneurs, we need to share these successes, as they are achieved through hard work and consistent effort in a single direction. However, we have an even greater need—and it is essential—to also share our failures: those stumbling blocks that have affected us in one way or another, set us back, or pushed us to rethink our business strategies. For this to happen, we must learn to communicate and start exchanging experiences with each other. This is one of the core goals of Sales Club.

Vasil Yanev: Sales Club is for everyone—established professionals or newly launched businesses, small, medium, or large companies—offering the opportunity to meet other entrepreneurs, exchange experiences and ideas, and discover new avenues for growth.
