These Rules govern the terms and procedure for submitting, reviewing, and evaluating nominations within Sales Club Conference 2026, Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Bulgaria 2026, and Leadership Forum 2026, organized by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria “Selena”, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
1. Right to Submit a Nomination
A nomination may be submitted by an individual, legal entity, non-governmental organization, foundation, association, social enterprise, or another representative of a civic, social, or business initiative.
Both third-party nominations (of an individual, organization, business, or cause) and self-nominations are permitted.
2. Subject of Nomination
The following may be nominated:
causes with a public, social, educational, health-related, cultural, environmental, or other significant focus;
non-governmental organizations (NGOs), foundations, associations, and civic initiatives;
businesses that develop and implement sustainable social, environmental, educational, healthcare, or other initiatives of significant public benefit;
projects, campaigns, or programs that make a tangible and meaningful contribution to society.
The Organizer reserves the right to determine whether a submitted nomination is consistent with the objectives, values, and format of the initiative.
3. Nomination Submission Deadline
Nominations will be accepted until September 30, 2026.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise modify the nomination submission deadline. Any such changes will be published on the official website of the initiative.
4. Required Information for Submitting a Nomination
When submitting a nomination, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information must be provided, including but not limited to:
the name of the nominated cause, organization, business, or initiative;
a brief description of its activities;
the reasons for the nomination;
contact data;
links to the nominee's website, social media profiles, or other publicly available sources, where applicable;
additional materials, photographs, documents, or other supporting evidence relating to the activities of the nominee, where applicable.
The person submitting the nomination is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.
5. Review and Evaluation of Nominations
All submitted nominations shall be reviewed by the Organizer and/or by a jury, committee, or panel of experts appointed by the Organizer.
Nominations may be evaluated based on the following criteria:
the public significance of the cause or initiative;
demonstrable impact and achieved results;
sustainability and potential for future development;
innovation;
transparency of operations;
alignment with the values of the initiative;
the impact on a specific community or target group.
The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information, supporting documents, or clarifications in relation to any submitted nomination.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the information provided by consulting publicly available sources or by requesting additional documents where necessary to confirm the accuracy of the information and the circumstances described in the nomination.
6. Eligibility, Rejection, and Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to reject nominations that:
contain incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
are contrary to applicable law, public morals, or public policy;
contain offensive, discriminatory, political, religious, aggressive, or otherwise inappropriate content;
do not align with the objectives or format of the initiative;
infringe the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark rights, personal data rights, or image and likeness rights.
The Organizer reserves the right to reassign a nomination to a different category if it determines that doing so is more appropriate based on the content of the nomination.
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee its acceptance, selection, public presentation, receipt of an award, or inclusion in the event program.
7. Publicity and Use of Submitted Materials
By submitting a nomination, the person submitting it declares that they have the legal right to provide the relevant information, photographs, texts, logos, videos, links, and any other materials included with the nomination.
The person submitting the nomination grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials solely for the purposes of reviewing, evaluating, promoting, and publicizing the initiative, including through the official website, social media channels, media publications, presentations, and printed or digital materials.
The Organizer is under no obligation to publish all submitted nominations.
8. Intellectual Property
The person submitting the nomination declares that all submitted texts, photographs, videos, graphic materials, logos, and other files do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
If any third party asserts claims in relation to the submitted materials, the person who submitted the nomination shall bear full responsibility for resolving such claims.
9. Ethical Principles
The Organizer encourages nominations that reflect the values of the initiative, including entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social responsibility, professional ethics, innovation, equal opportunities, and a meaningful contribution to society.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject nominations whose activities, public conduct, or reputation are inconsistent with these principles or may damage the reputation or integrity of the initiative.
10. Personal Data
By submitting a nomination, the person submitting it consents to the processing of the personal data provided by the Organizer solely for the purposes of administering the nomination, contacting the nominee or nominator, reviewing the nomination, and communicating in connection with the event.
The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation and the published Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
The person submitting the nomination declares that the information provided is true and that, by submitting it, they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or unlawfully submitted information, materials, or statements provided by the person submitting the nomination.
The decisions of the Organizer and/or the appointed jury regarding the eligibility and evaluation of nominations are final and binding.
12. Amendments to the Rules
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update these Rules, as well as to modify deadlines, categories, evaluation criteria, or stages of the evaluation process whenever necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the initiative.
In the event of extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, terms, or manner in which the initiative is conducted.
The current version of these Rules will be published on the official website of the initiative.

By submitting the nomination form, I declare that I have read and understood these Rules, accept their terms and conditions, and confirm that the information I have provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
