Blog " Flexibility, insight, without fear of change. Are these the 'secrets' of success?
Hi Niki,
We can boldly say that Castelio made his first steps together with first edition of Sales Club Conference last autumn. During the event, you presented the product to our audience, which also had the opportunity in the exhibition part to see details from it.
At what stage do I find you at the moment?
We are currently in the final testing phase of the platform's functionalities, fixing bugs, testing in a real environment, checking the integrations and all modules. We are finalizing some last details, negotiating with potential partners and clients, because we expect the official working version of the software to be available to users in March.
What are the advantages of Castelio compared to the other ERP systems on the market at the moment? How will you distinguish yourselves?
Competitive advantages are an important part of the software's marketing strategy and are outlined around several important key points that we have built to be the first choice for our potential clients. First, I can place the relatively low prices of subscription plans compared to market averages, as well as the absence of inclusion fees and on-boarding processes, training and integration of new clients into the platform.
Not less important is the user friendly interface on which we have focused, so that our clients can easily navigate and perform any operations and processes with just a few clicks. The integrations that our platform possesses also give clients an advantage and provide them with the opportunity to grow and expand their business by optimizing their costs and time for order processing, warehouse processes, accounting and other internal company activities.
You share about optimization and automation of all processes in this specific software. You monitor resources, but at the same time you can also realize multiple integrations. What are they?
The power of softwares on this stage is in systematization of information and optimization of processing time. The idea is for Castelio to be the main tool for every merchant with an online store or physical location, as well as to unite them in one software. The integrations with couriers, such as Econt and Speedy, marketplace platforms like EMAG and OLX, and the main site builders and SAAS platforms give us depth in the e-commerce market and we can reach almost every merchant, both retail and wholesale.
What have you set for Castelio for 2023?
The challenges facing the building and development of such software to become a major market player and sustainable company are many. We have set optimistic but also realistic projected results based on in-depth market analyses in Bulgaria, as we will try to reach as many potential clients as possible from our target audience, as well as to give added value to each one of them through webinars and training related to how merchants can optimize and automate their work, to reduce errors and the human factor, and to increase the net profit of their business.
The platform itself is in the first of a total of three stages of the strategic plan, according to which it must be built upon with additional modules, functionalities and integrations, in order to one day become business management software without analogue both in Bulgaria and in international markets.
We will see you again on our stage, this time in the discussion panel about online commerce. What would you emphasize?
The emphasis will be on improving the overall e-commerce environment in Bulgaria and increasing the quality of work of online merchants. Something that has started as a process for some time, but needs quality digital and software solutions. Bulgarian merchants must understand and realize the need to digitalize and automate in order to be even more competitive and efficient, even in international markets.
The concept of Sales Club Conference is to be of help to one another as entrepreneurs. What would you give to your colleagues as a key message for 2023?
In 2023, besides the internal market competition, we also have to deal with external economic factors which unfortunately we cannot influence. I have always told my acquaintances, and also myself, to concentrate on the processes and activities in business that we can control and build upon. In this line of thinking, even during economic crisis and high inflation, business owners must show flexibility and foresight, apply innovative methods, not be afraid to change their processes, and try new commercial and marketing approaches to achieve their goals.
