How did we manage to attract you to our team? It’s no secret that you are the one ‘responsible’ for everything our audience sees — the overall visual identity, branding, colors, and highlights that people associate with the Sales Club Conference. What won you over?
Thank you for the invitation to become part of the blog and to share a little more of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ details of Sales Club Conference! The involvement of a digital agency SFC in the organization of the event happened in an entirely natural way. From the very beginning of our collaboration with Codexio on the first edition of the conference, we identified with the idea of a modern business environment — and here I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the trust you have placed in us. During the process of building the Sales Club Conference brand Together, we managed to turn a bold vision into realityThe team of SFC Undoubtedly, we perceived the event as more than just a project – it became our cause and mission. Our involvement as organizers of the second edition of the conference was a natural outcome of this process.
You’ve been immersed in the world of design for years, but you’re also an entrepreneur. The environment in which you operate as a digital agency is highly dynamic. What challenges do you face? Tell us a bit more about SFC, about design, and about the everyday battles you fight 😊.
The digital presence of different companies has undergone a lightning-fast transformation over the past three years — and so has our work. Our experience with dozens of brands has taught us that businesses are not simply looking for a digital or marketing agency to work with, but for a team they can trust and truly call a partner. The format of our event is such that we try to bring on stage experts from different fields, who can help fellow entrepreneurs and provide practical experience that everyone can adapt and interpret through their own perspective. But we ourselves are also entrepreneurs who learn and share knowledge every day. What is the most valuable part of this process?
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned from working with many clients over the past few years is that the success of a business is built on mutual trust and good relationships. To establish long-term collaboration, it is not enough to simply provide a service or a product, but you need to become a “part” of your clients’ team. Another important ingredient for success is the people you work with. No matter how ambitious ideas a company may have, they cannot be realized without a strong team behind them.
As part of SFC, you interact with many different clients across various projects and fields. What are your observations on the business dynamics of the entire ecosystem in the country? Is it changing? In what direction? Are we ourselves, as entrepreneurs, changing as well?
The crises we have witnessed over the past three years have made the market extremely dynamic. The digitalization of businesses has accelerated at a very fast pace, and companies have been forced to look for new channels and methods to reach their customers. During this period, we had the opportunity to help many companies that previously had no online presence to “go” online. The environment in many business sectors has become extremely competitive, and every enterprise is compelled to find ways to stand out. We, as entrepreneurs, had to learn to make decisions much faster and to adapt in order to remain competitive. The demands of our clients required us to be much more flexible in order to meet their needs, which are changing extremely quickly.
For us as an agency, it became necessary to adapt our workflow and switch to a hybrid work model. This allowed us to grow quickly and to bring in colleagues from all over Bulgaria to join our team.
